Signs Prepared for Your Installer

If you or a third party will install the sign, send the verified dimensions, drawings, hole specifications, and other fit-critical details. We can organize, label, assemble, and package the sign components included in your quote. See what information to provide.

Choosing Sign Materials for Arizona Conditions

For outdoor signs and vehicle graphics, tell us about direct sun, surface heat, dust, irrigation, wind, cleaning, and how long the sign is expected to stay in use. These details help us review films, inks, panels, coatings, edges, and finishes for the requested application.

For indoor signs, share the viewing distance, lighting, wall or glass type, cleaning routine, and whether names or messages need to change later. If the sign will be mounted, include the final dimensions and fit details supplied by your installer.

Describe the product and its use. Name the sign, quantity, component count, audience, viewing distance, and whether it is for identification, direction, promotion, privacy, display, or another use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a sign?

Timing depends on the type of sign, quantity, material availability, artwork readiness, final dimensions, proof decisions, fabrication, finish, and packaging. Tell us when you need the sign so we can review the requested date with the rest of the project.

Who supplies measurements and installs the signs?

Your installer supplies the final field dimensions, mounting plan, hole locations, and other fit details. We use that information with your artwork and material choices to make, label, and package the sign. See the installer handoff guide.

Can you prepare a multi-part sign for my installer?

Yes. When included in the quote, we can add part labels, orientation marks, patterns, grouped packaging, protective layers, and a packing list based on the final information you provide.

What artwork should I send?

Send the best source files you have—ideally editable vector artwork when available—plus exact copy, dimensions, brand standards, fonts or outlined type, reference images, and known colors. Final requirements depend on the selected output and size; see the artwork setup guide.

What if my artwork is not finished?

Send the strongest files you have and tell us what is still missing. We will review the logo, layout, wording, color references, and production needs, then let you know what else is needed for the quote. Start with the artwork setup guide.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review the sign type, dimensions, quantity, artwork, intended use, material and finish preferences, and needed date. If we need another dimension, file, or choice, we will contact you before preparing the written quote.

Ready for a Quick Quote?

Tell us what sign you need, how many, the verified finished size, where it will be used, your artwork status, material or finish preferences, and needed date. We will review the details and follow up with any questions.

We make the sign from your approved artwork and dimensions, then prepare the finished components for you or your installer.
