Signs Made for Your Installer

Valley Sign Guys makes custom signs and sign components for Phoenix-area customers. You or your installer provide the final dimensions, drawings, hole locations, mounting requirements, labels, and other fit-critical details; we make and package the signs described in your quote.

What to Send With Your Quote

Send photographs and drawings for context along with installer-verified final sizes, spacing, mounting-hole locations, attachment requirements, orientation, and fit-critical tolerances. The examples below show the information that helps us make and organize each sign correctly.

Signs We Can Prepare for Your Installer

Past channel-letter installation at a storefront

Dimensional Letters, Logos & Storefront Components

For dimensional letters, logos, sign faces, or storefront pieces, send approved artwork and drawings, verified final dimensions, spacing, orientation, mounting-hole locations, and tolerances. We use your installer’s mounting details when making each component.

Past vinyl-graphics installation inside an office building

Window, Wall & Vinyl Graphics

For window decals, wall graphics, printed vinyl, or applied lettering, provide verified finished dimensions, approved artwork, inside- or outside-view orientation, panel sequence, overlap or seam instructions, and identifying labels. Your installer can also specify the surface-preparation and application details that affect the printed sections.

Past Dibond panel installation on a commercial building

Rigid Panels & Finished Sign Components

For aluminum signs, Dibond signs, acrylic, or PVC, send the final size, quantity, artwork, edge and surface finish, hole diameter and location, part labels, and written tolerances. We place holes and cutouts from the specifications you provide.

Past SEG frame installation inside a retail space

SEG Graphics & Multi-Part Assemblies

For an SEG graphic or another multi-part sign order, provide the approved frame profile, exact visible and finished dimensions, artwork orientation, part count, and labeling sequence. We can label the pieces and add quoted assembly notes to help your installer organize the order.

Past hand-painted sign installation on a business facade

Replacement Faces, Panels & Components

For a replacement or reorder, include the prior order reference when available, current photographs, approved artwork, verified final dimensions, material and finish details, hole locations, and any part number or label. We use the strongest available references to review the closest practical production match.

How We Prepare Your Order

Send the final dimensions and site-fit information supplied by your installer. Valley Sign Guys uses your approved artwork and sign details to make, identify, organize, and package the quoted components.

1. Verified Final Dimensions

Send final field dimensions, photographs, drawings, component spacing, orientation, and mounting-hole specifications. We use the verified measurements to size the artwork and components in your order.

2. Final Sign Details

Send the final artwork, material, finish, quantity, part list, cut or print method, hole locations, and fit-critical tolerances. Include the mounting interfaces supplied by your installer when they affect our pieces.

3. Sign Making, Labels & Notes

We make the approved pieces, apply agreed labels or numbers, and include assembly notes when they are listed in the quote. For a multi-part order, connect each label to the matching drawing and location.

4. Packaging & Order Preparation

Finished pieces are grouped, protected, labeled, and packaged as described in the quote. Ask us to include any patterns, templates, mounting hardware, or special packing diagrams your installer needs.

Mounting Interfaces

Include the specified holes, rails, patterns, attachments, support connections, access points, lead locations, and electrical interfaces that change the sign components we make.

Field Installation

We make and package the quoted sign products; your installer handles the site, permits, mounting, electrical work, access, and installation.

Direct Sun & Surface Heat

Document orientation, shaded or exposed placement, heat-radiating walls or glass, intended duration, and any material or finish limits identified by the installer.

Dust, Irrigation & Cleaning

Identify dust exposure, nearby irrigation, cleaning products, abrasion, handling, and edge or surface conditions that affect the requested production specification.
