How the Acrylic Letters Were Made

The letters moved through a clear production sequence: laser cutting, spacer preparation, custom-color finishing, layout review, test fitting, and organized transport. Paper patterns carried the approved letter positions and spacing into the handoff.

Laser Cutting, Clear Spacers & Custom Finish

Laser-cut acrylic gave each letter a crisp, repeatable profile. Clear acrylic spacers added projection from the wall, creating visible depth while allowing the red background to remain part of the composition.

A spray-applied custom white color with a flat sheen kept glare low and created strong contrast against the saturated wall. For your order, specify the acrylic thickness, target color, sheen, edge treatment, and which faces or edges should receive the finish.

Layout Review Before Wall Placement

Arranging the finished letters together made it possible to check sequence, visual spacing, color, and component condition before transport. The clear spacers were paired with the dimensional letter set so the finished display would project consistently from the wall.

For your project, an approved full-size pattern should establish the baseline, letter spacing, orientation, and mounting preparation. Include the spacer depth and any hole, stud, or hardware information that affects the components we make.

Finished Lobby Display

The combination of a flat white finish, clear stand-off spacing, and a saturated red background gives the wordmark strong contrast while preserving the clean, modern character of the lobby.

Finished White Letters on a Red Lobby Wall

The final images show how dimensional depth changes the sign as the viewer moves through the lobby. From the front, the white wordmark reads cleanly; from an angle, the projection and clear spacers add shadow and separation from the wall.
